Directions for use: Faithfully, one capsule for each 20 lbs. of weight, each day for three weeks, or 21 days. Example: if you weigh 140 lbs., you would take 7 capsules per day. Take capsules in divided doses with a meal, three at breakfast, and two and at lunch and two with supper.

Each of the ingredients is effective on its own, but it is the combination (methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), glucosamine, and chondroitin sulfate) that gives us this wonderful breakthrough.
MSM is a potent anti-inflammatory, blocking pain. Stanley Jacob, MD, of Oregon Health Science University in Portland, studied patients with symptomatic osteoarthritis. He found MSM more effective than Motrin. MSM is safe and non-toxic; it builds and repairs, as well as stopping pain. Combine MSM with cartilage-building Glucosamine for multiplied effectiveness. Cartilage is constantly deteriorating and rebuilding, and glucosamine is the primary cartilage-regenerating nutrient. In one study, 80 patients with osteoarthritis were given glucosamine sulfate or a placebo for 30 days. Since arthritis depends on the generation of new blood vessels, chondroitin offers a unique therapeutic advantage: antiangiogenesis. It blocks the formation of more blood vessels.
