Cocommune Bar™ contains a blend of fibers and natural sweeteners in a careful balance as to not affect those with GI sensitivities. The prebiotic fibers isomalto oligosaccharide and larch arabinogalactan naturally support the growth of beneficial bacteria and may positively affect:

Coconut oil is very easily burned into energy. It is made up of about 50% lauric acid which becomes 2 mono-lauren in the gut. 2 mono-lauren dissolves the lipid envelope that protects most pathogenic bacteria, viruses and parasites. It is not a surprise that lauric acid is found in human breast milk.
